SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are processed within 2 - 5 business days upon receipt. If an item requires additional time to process, it will be indicated in product description (ie. “Ships in 1 – 2 weeks”).

United States Orders

Standard shipments are mailed via USPS Priority Service or UPS depending on destination and/or stock availability in the respective locations. Orders will be in transit for up to 10 business days.

NOTE:
1) process time is not included in the transit time.
2) IMOOI does not have control over the actual transit time. In the event an order was processed within the 2 - 5 business day timeframe and does not arrive within the quoted transit time, IMOOI will not be liable for the delay.

Expedited shipments are mailed via UPS/FEDEX/Puralator 2nd day or next day service per your specification.

Canada and International Shipments

Canada and international orders are mailed via USPS Global Express Mail or UPS International Service and rates are calculated base on weight and location. You can view specific rate upon checkout. International shipments may take between 1 – 3 weeks to reach destination not including customs processing time.  We have no control over customs processing time, hence are not responsible for any delays caused by them. 

Our Canada and international shipping charges do not include any import fees, taxes, duties, brokerage, or any other charge applied by a third party. The customer is solely responsible for these and another fees incurred.

SIZING INFORMATION

Our rings are available in whole sizes only. If you know your size but fall between a half size, we recommend ordering the next size up since our bands are quite wide and may run a little tighter than common thinner bands.

If you do not know your size, you can print the ring sizer and follow the instructions on the page for accurate measurement. Be sure your print setting is at 100% for best result.

Even if you purchase the wrong size, you can always send it back to exchange for the correct size within 30 days of receipt provided the item is unused, unworn and in original condition.

NOTE: the ring sizer mentioned above is for guidance only.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

We are proud of our IMOOI collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any item within 7 days of receipt of the order for a full refund of merchandise cost or exchange within 30 days for something else in our collection (the price difference will be charge/credited back to your account). Merchandise must be returned in original condition. Used and Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Additional shipping fee applies to exchange items for the shipment of the exchanged goods.

Please email info@imooi.com for a return or exchange authorization code and instructions on where to return the item(s). We recommend insuring returned items against loss or damage, and for your added protection we recommend a carrier that can provide tracking and proof of delivery. Emailing info@imooi.com upon shipping the returned goods with the tracking number will expedite the exchange/refund process.

NOTE: shipping cost will not be refunded.

WARRANTY

1. IMOOI will repair any manufacturer’s defect without charge for up to one year from date of purchase.
2. Damages caused by improper care or extensive wear (see care instructions) will not be repaired.
3. If IMOOI determines that a returned item cannot be repaired, we will replace the product with either the same design, or, the equivalent.
4. All products offered by IMOOI can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. For instructions, refer to our return / exchange policy.
5. We are not responsible for repair expenses incurred by owner.
6. Products that have been tampered with by owner or 3rd party will not be covered by warranty.

We accept payment via American Express, Visa and Mastercard.

All credit card transaction information is sent from your browser to the servers that process the transaction via a securely encrypted connection.
